This particular site is an example of an online content management system used to display our client's products. Because the catalog of products frequently changed, the client needed a site that was easy to maintain. We developed a system which allowed the site administrator to edit, add, or delete content through his browser. Additionally, the administrator could upload photos into the system which then dynamically cropped and reduced their size to make them viewable by the online audience. Site users are able to conduct advanced searches which allow them to narrow their queries by selecting specific product details or setting search ranges.

Search Results/Details

When the user arrives at the search results page, he or she can see each product along with a brief description and a thumbnail photo. If the user clicks the image, a larger photo and a more detailed description appear. These results can also be sorted alphabetically, chronologically, etc. for the user's convenience.

Administration of Site's Content

Changing and maintaining the site's content is easy and can be done directly through the administrator's web browser at his convenience.

The administrator simply logs in using his user name and password, then the admin menu appears. Each area is password protected to prevent unauthorized changes.
